Who is eligible for coverage?
- Retired FOP Members under age 65
- Spouses under age 65
- Dependent children under age 26 (when on a plan with an eligible parent)
- Retired sworn law enforcement officers credentialed through their state with full police powers, who join the FOP
- Retired civilian law enforcement support personnel who worked directly for a law enforcement agency and join the FOP as an Associate Member
