The Fraternal Order of Police Southwestern Oakland County Lodge 128 Benevolent Association was established in 2015, as a 501(c) (3) charitable organization. Since that time, the Benevolent Association of the Fraternal Order of Police Southwestern Oakland County Lodge 128 has been effective in helping and/or assisting those within local police departments, those within local communities and local children’s organizations. The intent of the Association is to develop a benevolent fund to provide monetary assistance to the poor, distressed and underprivileged, covering public safety employees, dependents, and other members of the community, thereby lessening the burdens of government, including police, fire and other public safety employees, their family members, dependents, and other individuals in the community. The funds raised from this event will benefit the Benevolent Association of the Fraternal Order of Police Southwestern Oakland County Lodge 128. The funds will be used to provide future monetary assistance to those in our local communities. We have held our outing for many years, but this will be our third year at the fabulous Links of Novi, who is a proud sponsor of Law Enforcement. The Links of Novi offers a 27-hole upscale public golf course with well-groomed greens and favorable fairways.
