The FOP National Diversity Committee seeks to train members in the various aspects of diversity and how to better interact with diverse populations. The 2023 National Diversity Summit will offer a variety of events aimed at training members on topics such as Procedural Justice, Cultural Awareness, and Unconscious Biases.
